Gouge Out Their EyesJanet Kuypers(01/23/12)
looking forward to my little ritual,
and gain gratification by gaining
looked forward to getting them alone
driving my knife through their skull,
so I could scoop out their brains
clear out their skull,
gouge out their eyes
so the world could see
I didn’t do this often
all these years
this was my little ritual
with just the right person,
to revel with me ###
I found someone,
and they told me this
I begged,
and the only way
is if they could take the skull
after we were done
you know, and I agreed
so we drank in the sewer ###
that may have been
I did this to someone,
in the middle of the night,
watching their hollow skull
I think it was closure,
where after so much destruction,
(this is a poem about a pumpkin)
