the music of Peter Bartels with the poetry of Janet with a mini EP release: 2 for the price of 1     After working together musically in the performance art show A Foot Fantasia (with music from the HA!Man of South Africa), Chicago musician and poet Peter Bartels and Chicago poet and performance artist Janet Kuypers combined their individual talents together into this collection of pieces. All of the music in these pieces is from Peter Bartel’s CD Canopy (a CD of original instrumentals), and all of the poetry is from Janet Kuypers (written from 1993 through 2005).
